The full version can be directly purchased from the App. Before buying, please ensure the functions on your motorcycle with the Lite version of the app. While the Lite app allows full testing, data display is limited, and most service functions cannot be executed.

Functions

Functions vary depending on the bike model and equipment. The range of individual control devices also differs. The app is continually evolving, and the number of functions expands with each update.

The following functions are available *:

• Identification of the control unit
• Read and clear trouble codes
• Read Freeze Frames
• Real-time data (sensor parameters, input and output signals)
• Actuators control
• Service interval reset
• ECU coding
• Read and reset adaptations

* Function availability depends on the control unit and app development stage. Not all controllers support all mentioned functions. To expedite development, please send us log files.

Required Hardware

Most ELM327 adapters support BMW motorcycle diagnostics, but there are inadequate China Clones that do not support all commands. The app integrates a test function to check adapter compatibility and indicate whether it is suitable for K-Line and CAN bus motorcycles. OBDLink LX and MX adapters are generally suitable for all BMW motorcycles with K-Line and CAN Bus (Latest Firmware update 4.1.x required; contact us to get it).
